I'm SO excited to share this new resource with you!! šŸ¤©

One of the things I've personally struggled with over the years is having a severe night-time snacking habit.

I've tried countless ways to get rid of the habit by focusing on something else like taking a bath, reading, or drinking a hot cup of tea. These things worked in the beginning, but overtime I always found myself back in the kitchen starring at the peanut butter jar in the cabinet or mindlessly rummaging through the fridge.

Currently, I'm actually reading the popular book Atomic Habits by James Clear. He makes a lot of good points in this book and one that stuck with me is:

'You can break a habit, but you're unlikely to forget it.'

He says that once the mental grooves of a habit have been carved into your brain, they are nearly impossible to remove entirely -- even if they go unused for a while. And that means that simply resisting temptation is an ineffective strategy.

This is why willpower and self-control are so hard.

Self-control is a short-term strategy, not a long-term one.

You may be able to resist temptation a few times, but it's unlikely you can muster the willpower to override your desires every time. And people who do have high self-control, tend to spend less time in tempting situations. It's easier to avoid temptation than resist it.

I have a lot more to learn from this book and there are specific strategies that James recommends to actually help you break the habit. Such as changing your environment to reduce exposure to the cue that causes the habit.

I only just started the book and I'll share more about what I learn in the future.

But for now, I want to share what HAS worked for me over the past year that has allowed me to manage this night-time snacking habit and ultimately reach the goals I've set out for myself.

Rather than trying to go cold turkey on the night-time snacking (which often lead to more negative consequences... AKA consuming a ton more calories from those extra spoonfuls of peanut butter or handfuls of almonds), I decided to create replacements that would satisfy the habit without sabotaging my entire day.

This FREE resource contains easy, low-calorie treats that WILL satisfy those cravings and night-time snacking habits WITHOUT sabotaging all the effort and hard work you put in during the day.
