Apply to work one-on-one with Board Certified Nutrition Specialist, Rachel Gregory

1-on-1 Coaching Includes:

Initial On-Boarding Process & Phone Consult. After signing up, you will receive an on-boarding email to begin the coaching process. Once you have completed all tasks outlined in the email, we'll set up our initial phone call to get started!

Weekly detailed check-ins. You will submit a detailed check-in form every week. After submission, I will review your form and make necessary adjustments and suggestions for the following week to help you stay on track and ensure progress is being made!

Daily Support & Accountability. You will have access to me via email for any questions/concerns you have throughout the week.

Access to Accountability Tracking System. I will set up a personal tracking system for you where I’ll hold you accountable for anything we discuss based on your goals.

Training Program. Your program is built specifically for you based on your goals, equipment availability, and experience. Your training is mapped out in phases, designed to progressively move you towards your goals. Phases change monthly to keep your training fun and engaging!

What To Expect:

  • At-home and/or travel workout program (no gym required). Workouts require minimal equipment (body weight and resistance bands only) and can be done from anywhere.
  • 3 full-body resistance workouts per week lasting between 30 and 40 minutes with weekly cardio and conditioning sessions programmed throughout.
  • This program utilizes resistance bands and body-weight training to build a strong, lean physique right from your living room, backyard, or hotel suite!
