The Best Keto Chocolate Salted Pecan Bark Recipe

Because it’s so simple and you can jazz it up with whatever toppings you like. Swap the pecans for any other nuts, seeds, or toppings of choice! Regardless of what you do, you won't be disappointed with this keto chocolate pecan bark.
Keto Chocolate Salted Pecan Bark Recipe

Makes 20 Servings (15 grams per serving)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (60g) pecans, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon (7g) butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon + a pinch Redmond Real Salt
- 6 ounces (170g) >90% dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup (60g) nut butter (I used 2 packets of FBOMB Macadamia Pecan Butter)
- few drops or dash of sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Toss pecans with melted butter and salt. Roast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a microwave safe dish, add chopped chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and then continue microwaving in 10-second increments until completely melted.
- Add nut butter and another pinch of salt. Stir until combined.
- Pour melted chocolate mixture onto parchment-lined baking pan. Top with pecans and place in the refrigerator (or freezer) for 1 to 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
