I can't sign in.

There's no password. Enter the email you used at checkout and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or tap Send a new code. If it still won't work, email [email protected] and we'll take a look.

The app says I'm not a member.

Make sure you're signing in with the same email you used at checkout. Did you use a different email? No worries at all, tap Find my purchase and we can find it with that one. Still can't find it? Email [email protected] and we'll take a look.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel any time in your MSW member area, the same place your membership is managed. Deleting the app or your app account doesn't cancel it.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the Profile tab and tap Delete account. This removes your account and your workout data from the app. Deleting your account doesn't cancel your membership.
