These mini fat bombs are great to have on hand in the freezer whenever you have a sweet craving or just need a little snack.

  • 10 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons MCT oil
  • 5 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
  • 4 drops liquid monk fruit (or more to taste)


  • Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and then microwave in 20-second increments until everything is melted together.
  • Pour into molds and freeze for a few hours. Enjoy!


Ingredient Tip: If you don't have coconut butter, feel free to substitute with more coconut oil.
