How to Look Great and Feel Great (All the Time)

How do you look great and feel great? It sounds simple, but it's deceptively difficult. Here's how to make it happen.

How to Look Great and Feel Great

When it comes to nutrition and exercise, do something that you enjoy doing that you can stick to consistently. If you can't stick to it for not having fun with it, it's just going to be another burden for your day.

Do something that you look forward to doing. You know, whatever type of movement or exercise that is, that's going to be your best bet. Also, think about trying some things that you might have tried in the past because you might find that you enjoy something that you didn't even think you would enjoy.

When it comes to nutrition, make sure that you're consuming a diet that is nutrient-dense. If 80% of your food intake that day is made up of foods that are whole foods, then you're probably doing pretty good. If you're thinking about your nutrition throughout the day, and you're eating tons of packaged foods and processed foods, then we probably want to kind of rethink what we're doing.

And the reason for that is because you're probably just not getting enough nutrients from those foods, and it's probably not gonna be a good situation in the long term. As long as 80% of your day is made up of whole foods and 20% can be more of those packaged, processed, you know—if you want to have a cookie or protein bar or whatever it is, that's totally fine. But just make sure that that's not the majority of your day because if it is you're just going to miss be missing out on a lot of nutrients that are just going to promote overall health and longevity.
