Health Data Privacy Policy
Some of what you add in the Muscle Science for Women app may be health information under the laws of Washington, Nevada and some other states. This policy explains what that information is and what we do with it.
What we collect
As you train: the workouts you do, the sets you log (weight, reps and effort), how a workout felt, your notes, and photos you add.
Where it comes from
Only from you, in the app.
Why we collect it
To run your program, your history and your progress, and to see how the app is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that run the app for us, and only so they can do that. Supabase stores it. PostHog receives usage events, such as a workout started, a set logged (not the weight or reps) and how a workout felt, but these aren't linked to your name, email or member id. We never sell it, never use it for ads, and never share it with anyone else unless the law requires it. Other members see only what you post in the community feed.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what health information we have about you, to see it, to get a copy, or to delete it. You can delete your account and its data yourself from the Profile tab. To ask, email [email protected]. We answer within 45 days. If we say no, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we answer within 45 days. If we still say no, you can contact your state's attorney general.
