The Fit Pregnancy program teaches you what really matters when it comes to training safely and effectively during all stages of pregnancy (and enjoying it too!) The program includes:

  • A detailed video presentation that helps clarify how you should approach training in pregnancy, including exercise selection, modifications throughout each trimester, a discussion on what's "safe" vs. "not safe," and more.
  • Specific programming that can be applied to your current training program or used on its own.
  • A customizable training template, exercise video tutorials, and core/breathwork videos to ensure you're training in a safe & productive way.
  • A discussion on nutrition that supports your training with regard to your specific needs during pregnancy
  • Information on mobility and pain reduction practices

WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT?

This program doesn’t just give you a couple of exercises to try. We teach you how your muscles move, work, and grow; how to optimize your workouts through movement selection, order, and execution; and provide some fun and challenging exercises. We are also here as a support to answer your questions and have some fun in the process!

First off the lecture was too legit! Y'all "dumbed" down convoluted information around building muscle that I have been chasing for years, so cheers to both of you!
