Rachel Gregory is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Author, and Podcaster.
She received her Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from James Madison University and Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami.
Rachel completed the first ever human clinical trial looking at the effects of the Ketogenic Diet in non-elite CrossFit athletes, which is published in the International Journal of Sports and Exercise Medicine.

You don't need a gym membership to be successful with this workout program. However, it is recommended that you have at least dumbbells and resistance bands. Alternative exercises are provided for you.

Level Up is a 12-week program based on a proven method to ensure continual progress. You’ll complete 3 full-body resistance workouts per week lasting between 45 and 60 minutes as well as weekly cardio and conditioning sessions programmed throughout.
